The weekend of Halloween was really busy. It all started at Qualia, our local coffee place. Then we went to Diego's and got a haircut. Diego gave his seal of approval and passed out red lollipops. We took ours to Dupont Circle fountain, tossed it in some leaves, ate snacks, splashed around, and enjoyed a comfy nap. Cinda met us at Whole Foods (she was staying with us to attend a conference). Later we worked on our jack-o-lantern and had Joe and his friends (in town for the Jon Stewart thing) over for dinner.
Not pictured: Mom had a coupon for Tackle Box and got a really great piece of blueberry pie -- not something we've ever had occasion to report.
